User Research & SWOT Analysis

User Research

I conduct user research to understand the problem and propose a solution for the given scenario. I discussed with a few students, competitive exam aspirants, and read a few data articles available on the internet.

Review the similar applications currently used by students also reminds me of school & exam preparation time to validate the real issues.

I divide the data into two parts quantitative & qualitative data research to get more insight.

#Quantitative Research Data(summarised)

  • 70–80 percent of students used an app or online platform to learn
  • 80–90 percent use youtube for solution
  • 60 percent have an application on phone for study material
  • 80 percent need real-time instant solution

#Qualitative Research Data (summarised)

  • Where you find a solution for exams
  • Where you prepare for your competitive exam
  • How you solve the problem
  • How much you spend time on the internet to learn something
  • To whom you discuss your exam preparation
  • Where you get all the information about the upcoming competitive exam
  • Is a mobile application good for learning & exam preparation?
  • Do you think a student community will help to share exam preparation knowledge online?
  • Will you use a social media-based platform to discuss your doubts?
